Elon quietly deletes another $4bn of savings from the DOGE website
In total, $7bn of “savings” have since been removed from the DOGE website, almost half of the purported $16bn saved. Seems fact checking is sidelined for headlines.
This isn’t including other significant errors, such as claiming a cancelled contract at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency saved $8bn… only to realise it saved only $8mn - they had misread the number of zeros.
