The U.S. Department of Education on Monday opened a Title IX investigation into the Tumwater School District (TSD) in Washington state over a widely publicized incident involving a girl being allegedly punished for refusing to play a basketball game against a trans athlete.

A civil rights complaint was filed with the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights on behalf of female TSD student Frances Staudt. The incident became so widely publicized and controversial that the school district voted 3-1 last Thursday to ban trans athletes from girls' sports, defying the current state law that orders schools to enable trans inclusion.

It is one of the first incidents of a school district banning trans athletes from girls' sports, complying with President Donald Trump's "No Men in Women's Sports" executive order, while the state as a whole chooses to defy it.

A girl punished because she didn't want to play basketball against a boy, EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS OUTLAWED BY A PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE ORDER.

If there's ANYONE here who DOESN'T have a problem with the TSD for doing this...

I have been a competitive gymnast my whole life since I started grade one. The problem with trans-boys competing with females is that acceptance of a boy into a female sport also gives him access to the girl's change room.

In other words, a trans-boy doesn't get changed in the guy's change room and then walks across the hall to the girl's side, he instead starts out in the girl's change room BECAUSE he has declared himself a girl by virtue of his preferred sexual orientation.

From what I've experienced with any of this even in the past year or so, is that a guy who declares himself converted to the female gender sake is only ever making that known to those who occupy the women's change room at the time, or to the female Coach herself who's in charge of the women's team.

But whether that trans-guy is actually a transvestite or is purely a heterosexual male who hides in sheep's clothing is never factually determined ahead of time, which means that if a pervert has a desire to hang out in the women's change room and use the women's washroom as well, all he has to say to gain entry to the women's side of the gym is that he's a trans-guy, he identifies as female and then he's given free access with unlimited use of the tampon machine, ffs's!

I will conclude in saying that there are more wannabe-female perverts hanging out in the locker rooms across the country of women's sports than there are legitimate transgender, pretending-to-be-female sex-change artists.

@swirlie Thank you Swirlie, Whats even worse is that girls cannot complain about sharing
a locker room with a boy, or they are vilified, told to use a different space, or even punished in
some way. It's almost like girls feelings do not matter anymore. Only the feelings of the
boys in girls clothes. Riley Gaines said that Lia Thomas was fully intact and would always walk
around the locker room naked, and semi erect.

I fully understand this issue involving Lia Thomas because I've seen it myself with other trans individuals at my gymnastics club where not only will a self-declared trans-guy present himself as you've described, but he will walk around the women's change room towel-drying himself off from the shower while stopping to stand directly in front of females who are sitting on the bench getting dressed, while chatting to each and every woman in there about female stuff as he strategically positions his semi-erect penis directly in front of each woman's face as he very nonchalantly continues to dry off his back with his towel, ffs's!

Regardless of one being a Republican or a Democrat, there is a line in the sand for society as a whole which should dictate which washroom or which change room is appropriate for both men and women to use, which as far as I'm concerned should be based on their biological sex at birth, not what they've conveniently decided to call themselves as their new identity serves their pleasure.

...which was precisely my point, where straight men self-assign themselves a 'T' designation, thereby issue their own license of what their official gender is, thereby giving themselves permission to gain access to the women's locker room under the guise of being a transgender-guy who now identifies as 'female' as each changing circumstance serves him.

And there is zero evidence anyone is doing that.

Gender disphoria is a medical diagnosis. Not something you wake up one day and declare.

Pretending otherwise to push a hostile agenda that actively harms people is a real problem though.

And it speaks volumes that the only trans people you go after are trans women says alot.
