Mr Zelensky wore his customary dark trousers and sweatshirt, deemed disrespectful of Americans, as he met the King.

The Brits are asserting the monarch's dominion. I don't think they, like Zelensky, realize that the US President reigns supreme.

He's not President because it's not Constitutional, but they probably didn't teach you that in your country.
