And for those who don't know what "with and against" mean on one team you're playing with the people and against the opposing team.

I'm torn. On the one hand I think women should be able to try out/play in MLB, NBA, etc. if they can compete. On the other hand, I realize that allowing males to compete in things like the WNBA would destroy the league. The fair way would be to make all leagues open to everyone, but that would probably severely limit female participation. :(
