And for those who don't know what "with and against" mean on one team you're playing with the people and against the opposing team.

With and against are big differences! I play volleyball and soccer in a mixed league, there has to be equal amounts of both sexes on all the time, it's fun, but not super competitive

If a person is on a team they are playing WITH their team members and AGAINST the people on the other team.

@Charity And yet you continue to miss the point while denying it but I'll try to explain what Lilyb said: "With" would mean teams of mixed genders playing each other, "Against" would mean a team of all one gender playing a team of all another gender.
