This is the Democrats' fatal flaw...

They always massively underestimate just how callous and selfish people can be. They truly want to believe in the general goodness of humanity.

The fact that people are OK with losing their jobs and healthcare, going into a Trump-induced recession, not being safe (militarily, medicinally, digitally, while flying, even), all in the hope that someone else will be hurt is crazy.. it's almost Satanic.

But that's where America is.

@Reason10 Just wait till trump and Pres ident Musk are in office another month or so. Tariffs and trade wars are going to send inflation through the roof. Tump is playin with himself if he thinks importers are going to eat the costs of tariffs- they are going to pass it on to consumers. Good luck trying to get interest rates down. And out of the 100+ executive orders he signed not one was to bring down inflation or help the middle class. I guess he was too busy going after trans people. 🤣
