A follow up on my J.D. Vance / John Edwards post.
For those two young or lacking of recall, here are a few of Edwards' campaign ads and stump speeches from 2004-2008.
I've said it before and I'll say it again.
The Democratic ticket that would have WON in 2004 would have been Gephardt-Edwards. Gephardt would have been stronger than Kerry in Ohio - and Ohio was the whole ballgame. That ticket would have also won Missouri and except for New Hampshire, there's no 2004 Blue State that Bush/Cheney would have flipped.
