Trump wants to make romance novels illegal by making it a felony

If you possess one even or are a librarian and check out any romance novel, you can go to prison and be put on the sx offenders registry. This includes jailing romance authors with ten years prison time and 100,000 in fines for every violation. There's a bill in Oklahoma that is proposing that as a test case to set a precedent around the United States

Here's a link to an article that explains the issue.

Deevers makes the orange traitor look sane by comparison.

@SatanBurger I agree.

Although Deevers is identical to the Taliban nuts he is who the people in Oklahoma want to oppress them.

He won his election with 55.5% of the vote.

This means that if you have vindictive family members, they can get paid to turn you in and if you have materials like same sex romances and other things, you can prison time and fines.

Can’t say they weren't warned…. Over and over and over.

Fake. 1st amendment would cancel that.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@MrSmooTh one would hope…. But in oklahoma, the superintendent of public instruction wants all kids to pray to trump - anything seems to fly there…

@MrSmooTh I mean we're living in a time even Elon can now access treasury funds and bar Democrats from it so I don't really think the constitution matters anymore to Republicans. Not since they done lost their minds at the fact that we're beginning to be really diverse, they've gone psychotic.

So inform Deevers and other repub politicians to not violate the 1at amendment then and not me cos I already know about the constitution, they don't however.

@SatanBurger No need to go to cold war cliches. This is the way of every right wing Banana Republic. The irony is the US literally created a school to train far right dictators and somehow thought that would never come back to bite them.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I didn't mean to use a cold war example in that way, well I don't know what you're implying but anyways. The reason I used North Korea is the extreme way they are trying to control our media. Earlier today, there was an article about Trump ordering all scientists who deal with threats from natural disasters like monitoring hurricanes and such, he ordered a stop to all communications to foreign actors, including scientist students overseas who just got their PhD and were working with American scientists to get experience. The administration ordered them to go dark on everything.

That extreme isolation just reminded me of the way North Korea controls its media that's all. The extreme going dark out mode and now trying to make romance novels illegal.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow although I think you're right.
