Suppose he signed an EO that said that the only “people” the constitution mentions were those already born, therefore anti-abortion laws are nullified.

What Biden had jacked up the lease rates for oil and gas companies on federal land because the oil companies are “taking advantage” of the USA and we need to stop that.

What if Biden signed an EO saying all landmarks or military bases named after Confederate traitors must be renamed.

@trollslayer most executive orders from any presidents are taken to court. I'm sure you know that. That is why birthright citizenship is passed. The law in this case the 14th will be clarified and defined by the courts.

And pretty sure the bit about withholding care from trans youth is the same as the one that defines 2 genders by law. Could be wrong. Your boy loves ruling by royal decree.

The bit about denying care to trans "youths" is a bit deceptive too. Not everyone has caught onto this but it includes legal adults at 19 years of age. My guess is that was done so if they slip that past the courts they would have legal precedence to take care away from all trans people including all adults.

@marybmom Just because a case is filed doesn't mean it will go anywhere or even "pause" anything. Law is a profession of precision. Cases filed and cases before the courts are not the same thing.
