Is USAid a backdoor way for US taxpayers to fund the DNC?

Money goes to foreign countries where it then changes hands with some of those hands that donate to members of the DNC?

Well since USAID is an acronym for United States Agency for International Development it goes to things that need developing. Only 30 to 40 percent is actual aid. I know 37k is a tiny drop in a vast ocean, and regardless of the topic I don't think we should be spending that on a comic book for Peru
