Look what Bill Gates just said

There's no threat there it's common sense. Pandemics happen naturally and most of the conservatives are anti vaccine and anti science. Of course another pandemic will kill millions.

But I mean it is what it is, it's just a natural consequence. I don't get how people don't know this.
