WILL CHINA NOW INVADE TAIWAN TO CUT USA ACCESS TO 'A.I.' SUPERCHIPS

This week China released its "DeepSeek" A.I. software. It did this despite the US induced embargo on anyone in the world supplying China with A.I. capable chips. This shows that China has overcome a problem and is likely no longer concerned about the embargo.
Robert Wright writes a newsletter called 'NON-ZERO NEWSLETTER" which talks about political issues that affect the world. This week's commentary by him is on this topic.

The entire reason why everyone is shitting themselves and Nvidia's stock tanked is their DeepSeek doesn't require super complex chips and power to run a small nation.

The truth is the US needs the tech from Taiwan more than China does. Just look at Chinese cars. Detroit is 20 years behind.

And if you look at the actual strategy for said hypothetical war the US wants the idea is more a scorched earth policy. If the US can't have it, no one can.

That being said stocking hostility is also useful for Americans to justify meddling in the Chinese civil war and using Taiwan as a staging area and political tool.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Ha ha.. (You're really living up to your name today!!) Good insights to a bad scenario that has been festering for a long time. However, despite P. tRump's forthcoming foreign 'isolation' policy, this is not the time for the USA to be pulling back and pissing off the rest of the Western world to make itself 'great' again. (That said: The USA has never been 'great' - it's just been a manipulatively, selfishly strong bully --- Which, as it brings to mind: is what P. tRump mirrors!!). Good luck to THEM - I'm just sitting here with my head between my knees and my hands behind my neck.
