I wonder if the tariffs will be pulled back some because the egg crisis is putting attention back on inflation. It seems Trump will prevent any statistics or guidance on the Bird Flu so maybe egg prices will be the only measure we know about.

@Bumbles tariffs are being used as a weapon. Once threatened, prices will increase. And, there is nothing or no one stopping companies from using this situation to raise prices, because they can.
As far as disease...i suppose we can all just guess as to what germs are floating around.
As we found during covid...ignorance is bliss. Deadly, but oh so comforting.
