If you had surgery and were a female, you wouldn't want to be in an all male prison for obvious reasons and even if you didn't have surgery, trans people face really bad discrimination to the point of being sexually assaulted and specifically targeted because they are trans.

Even if the inmates are against trans gendered people, rape is a humiliation and punishment tool that is used to subjugate people and I can guarantee you that's the first thing that would happen. Rapists don't need to be "turned on" at the thought of trans people, they get turned on about having power over someone else.

I love your nickname on here, some of the people who claim to be Christians have got to be the meanest people I know. I literally have not seen more unkind people in my life.

In the bible it says wolves in sheep's clothing, the bible was talking about its own flock. It tried to warn us about its own followers and I find that you should believe it when people tell you who they are.

@Heavenlywarrior You act like no one can make mistakes and that no one grows. If you don't allow people to change, what's the point? People end up in prison for all sorts of reasons, doesn't mean it's deserved and sometimes, yes it is. Prison only hypothetically works if we believe collectively that people can change. Otherwise the idea of prison collapses, yet we don't believe this. We have for profit prisons and corporations that incentivize slave labor.

But regardless, rape does happen and it doesn't change the fact that fear for their safety is warranted, out of prison it's the same thing.

@Heavenlywarrior My name means nothing, actions are what speaks louder like discriminating against trans people and then they act like this is a Christian nation afterwards. I'm not the one who has contradictory actions.

@SatanBurger Americans are spoiled. Especially in prison.

The prison system should have harsher punishments to reduce recidivism and prevent individuals from thinking of doing crime.

That’s the problem, think of the madness that we have come to. Where we are now defending convicted criminals that are upset and sueing the government for sending them back to a prison with their own sex.

Good.

@SatanBurger I don’t know.. I think your name means a lot to do with your psychology and way of life.

Are u a satanist?
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@Heavenlywarrior Well first off, it's not spoiled to not want to get raped so let's just get that out of the way any more than the prison recently caught in a big scandal of guards participating in a rape ring.

On an unrelated note, we're also not spoiled because even after a person puts in the work, they are still punished and society never lets them move on, this contributes to reoffending rates by the way. High poverty due to societal attitudes and past programs that made areas impoverished in the first place also heightens crime. Our crime rates are systematic, this has been proven in countries that take an opposite approach of us meanwhile tough on crime initiatives have always failed.

There's a prison in Europe that does something way different and has the lowest reoffending rates in all of Europe, yeah it's not 100% but in between 40 to 60% is no small feat.

@SatanBurger The fact that he fears getting raped in prison should’ve been his motivation to not pursue a life of crime and get put in prison.

There are plenty of examples of individuals who were locked up and didn’t go back when they were released.

Yeah you have a record but unfortunately you have to now adapt.

There are plenty of laws that will continue to be pushed in the world that I won’t agree with, but I will also have to adapt.

It’s the harsh truth that is actually needed today to be honest.

The game is set, the rules are in place. Whether you figure out how to play or learn the rules is up to you.

No one is exempt.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@Heavenlywarrior You know nothing about this person nor how they feel, you're just coming up with excuses to invalidate their fears of getting sexually assaulted b/c they're trans gendered. In other countries they punish women for going out late and getting raped because they asked for it. If you didn't want to get raped, you shouldn't wear a mini skirt. If you didn't want to get raped, you shouldn't end up in jail even though there's a huge number of environmental circumstances in which a person would.

I'm sorry it's just a bad argument.

Outside of prison, trans people get discriminated against because they're trans and they run into people like you who invalidate their existence.

It's the same worries in and out of jail

The game is set, the rules are in place. Whether you figure out how to play or learn the rules is up to you.

There's nothing I can personally do about anything but this delusion you have about tough on crime laws actually working is just a delusion. The very definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over again, expecting different results. Get it?

Other prisons in other areas of the world lower crime and you went on your high horse about this trans person being in jail which means you cared a lot more that this person committed a crime than their arguments for why they don't want to go to a men's prison so you started that whole conversation "Heavenly" warrior

@SatanBurger Surgery does not make a man become a woman, but it does confirm mental illness.

@SatanBurger Surgery does not make a man become a woman, but it does confirm mental illness.

If you have a vagina, you're a woman especially one that shouldn't be in with men in prison. But even if they didn't have surgery, it's not mental illness just because you don't understand biological sex and gender are two different things. It just means you don't understand advanced biology, only the basics.

Also I have seen some of the things trump supporters believe, worry about your own mental state 😷

@SatanBurger you are right … I don’t know the person or how they feel…. I can only use deductive reasoning based on the articles verbiage

“ The complaint was filed on behalf of a plaintiff using the pseudonym Maria Moe. It alleges the order violates Moe's constitutional and statutory rights and that if transferred to a men's facility, "she will be at an extremely high risk of harassment, abuse, violence and sexual assault."

Once again this is a convicted criminal of what crime ? I do not know. Who has had many chances before going to prison just like any other American citizen.

I personally think the audacity to sue the government or president is quite humorous, considering the irony of this matter. Hence the reason I posted the article.

The fact that there is a high possibility of getting sexually assaulted in prison and with this individual appearing as a female and identify as a woman is unfortunate.

However this is a clear case of natural selection at its finest.

And I love when u say my name 😘
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
@SatanBurger so if one is born with a penis being physically male but identifies mentally as a woman having no female genitalia,

Would that be considered a physical disorder or mental disorder?

Obviously one thing is incorrect which produced the desire to change genders and identities.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@Heavenlywarrior Anti trans people don't feel like trans people should exist in the first place so a lot of their fears don't matter. You don't got to tell me you don't care in so many words. It's a waste of energy.

Would that be considered a physical disorder or mental disorder?

It's not classified as a mental disorder at all and even being gay at one point in time was a mental disorder. Anyone not straight or white for centuries was regarded as a mental disorder. I don't know what to tell you.

I could go into the science of why trans people exist but if you dislike trans people and don't want to understand you're not going to. I mean you're an adult and could do the work to understand if you wanted to.

I agree.

@SatanBurger I did the work to understand honestly. That’s why I don’t have hatred for those who are considered intersex, lgbtqai+ or whatever else letters will be added.

What I have a hatred for idea of making excuses for wickedness, immorality, illogical ideologies and saying it’s correct or object truth.

There is direct evidence and quantitative reasoning for the standards of what is considered male and female.

There is also the same direct evidence of what is considered hermaphrodite.

However there is only circumstantial evidence and qualitative reasoning for what is considered intersex and androgynous .

One thing is for certain, the human body since we can account for until modern times has a standard for a healthy wholesome human body which is normally one sex or the other from a physical observation.

If some anomaly has occurred which produced a deficiency, or abnormality this is where one can be born with more members or certain extra or lack of proteins , hormones, etc

In the spiritual standpoint, this intersex or hermaphrodite person is more sensitive to both spectrums of the masculine or feminine nature being that they are born that way but it’s still an anomaly and abnormality.

It is a real thing and real people are affected yes for that i hope that soul finds peace.

However , facts are facts. You can identify as what you want but don’t push it on others to change their understanding of the facts for a delusion.
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
@SatanBurger You said “Anyone not straight or white for centuries was regarded as a mental disorder. I don't know what to tell you.”

Once again facts are facts. One can “consider” or “think” whatever they feel.

What is the truth about so called “black” skin?

Maybe you should do some research and understand why there has been a vendetta against the “dark colored peoples”

Which is a completely different type of discrimination than intersex.

It has nothing to do with being free to have sex with any one or thing we desire or identify as another sex because we feel that way inside.
