What if Gore won the 2000 election instead of Bush JR would 9/11 not have happend under Gore

Then Obama wouldn’t have been elected, likely. The country after 12 straight years of one party would have had enough. A Republican would have been elected after just 4 years of Gore and it would have been two elected terms for them most likely. But then again, IF Germany had developed the “A”bomb first, then we would all be Goose- stepping now and this question would be moot.
