Trump would have never gotten the nomination if the cable networks (not just FOX) didn't give him so much FREE air time. Or if there weren't some 16+ candidates. I think Jeb or Rubio would have beat him in a two or three way contest with Cruz.
As for Hillary, she tried to pad the final score. It was foolish spending resources in Arizona and Florida (and sending Obama to campaign there) instead of focusing on the "Blue Wall." A fifty-thousand vote swap in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania from Trump would have resulted in her winning. Rumor is that Bill argued with her about campaign strategy and tossed his phone into the Arkansas River in exasperation.
