You don't even pay enough attention to politics to know whom precisely the "Bums" to vote out of office really are.

Let's not kid ourselves, the waves of blind anti-incumbent fever that have washed over politics have ended up toppling some actually decent senator and congressmen because the masses just blindly voted everyone who was in power out. You replaced Russ Feingold for instance with Ron Johnson, one of the most boneheaded votes ever. You had a decent Senator, and now you've replaced him with exactly one of those bums you ought to vote out of power. Because you aren't thinking when you hit the ballot box, you're just blindly voting against whomever is already in office.
