Trump legit might not have realized what he was doing.
People still say that Trump ended the Iran Deal because he wants war with Iran. And like, I don't know, maybe. But did Trump even know what the Iran Deal was? Sometimes he has an idea, does said idea, then forgets where he is.

@BohemianBabe. Right wing talk radio opposed anything Obama did and Bibi came out against the deal, so Trump just followed. He doesn’t really have the ability to analyze a situation other then through self-interest or to aggrandize himself and demonstrate power.

That being said, I don’t really know where this neo-colonialism jag is coming from. Perhaps his fondness for McKinley who “presided over victory in the Spanish–American War of 1898; gained control of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Philippines”

The constant “golden age” rhetoric is new, too.

@Fukfacewillie Yeah, that makes the most sense. If you asked Trump exactly what the deal was, he'd just be like, it was bad, Obama did it, worst president ever until Biden, very bad deal.

The Neo-Colonialism, I'm going to chalk that up to stuff just falling out of his face. Last time he was president he talked about buying Greenland too. Maybe the vikings scared him off.

@BohemianBabe Indeed. He didn’t mention Greenland in the inauguration, but not sure he’s going to let it go. I’d love if the EU stood up to Orange in defense of Denmark and Greenland.
