Tik Tok has none of those things. Tik Tok is a Chinese social media platform, not a PMC or private intelligence firm like Booz Allen Hamilton. Stop pretending it is.

Frankly TikTok getting killed of, taken in a vacuum, isn't minimally the problem. That thing is garbage, it fries people brain (especially kids) like nothing else, and society would only benefit from getting rid of it.
