Rubio for Secretary of State? Is Trump out of his mind?

I don't understand why Trump picked Rubio for Secretary of State. Mike Tyson would have a better temperament
for serving as diplomat-in-chief.

Rubio is a Cuban who has never gotten rid of his ethnic flaws. He is no different from Judge Merchan, a Columbian crook. Far from contributing to America, they are immigrants to our country, visitors at heart; and, like Nikki Haley, they bring bad medicine to the USA.
