Why is Congress discussing invading Greenland and drinking on the job instead of the possibility of peace in the future?

I think they are looking at ways to give the United States an edge against China.
The drinking on the job though, thats a lot of self loathing and inability to admit their own faults. Who knows...

@nonsensiclesnail I assume it's absurd to talk about beating others, beating China as their national politics. But I might be wrong - suicidal and aggressive actions bely a West that's ready to kill and not sane- perhaps you can be a public leader and be murdererous and bellicose in public there! Perhaps they're really ghouls.
