I can agree with some of this yet the argument is faulty.
Yes we need more sleep. Yes we need consistency in sleep. The time of going to sleep is irrelevant.
I see the point of the inconsistency of changing clock time. And I agree with it.
Consistency is the only valid point.
I never needed a clock to wake up!
Nor did we need clocks as cavemen.
There was always the night watchmen that never needed the clocks either!

@BetweenKittensandRiots guess why I wake up, no matter when I go to bed. After seven and a half hours of sleep I wake up!
Why?
Yes there are internal clocks. Yet they are easily resettable clocks. And our individual clocks are all different.
