American conservatives and moderates kill children and adults by allowing guns in their society.

The claims that they use to justify the results don't make sense, but the violent population accepts anything from outright lies to jokes in lieu of any coherent defense of the murders.
Personally I don't think the mainstream wants to talk about changing a thing.
