Some MAGAists are calling for a Constitutional Convention. Are they aware that Gov. Gavin Newsom wants one, too?

California state lawmakers approved a request last year by Gov. Gavin Newsom to pass a gun-control amendment. His idea would prohibit civilians from buying military-style firearms and install universal background checks on firearm purchases.
