They do a cost-benefits analysis of factoring in if going after broke people without assets and paying for court, fines they can't pay and imprisonment is remotely worth it. You can't intimidate other broke people into paying with that strategy either. Everyone's broke, except rich liberals. Tax anyone registered as a Democrat.

@Dignaga The rich liberals have built in tax breaks and they have more money that makes more money and will never spend it all and the rich liberals have friends that that are all rich off the sweat off your back and but if you commit any kind of tax evasion you will pay and pay dearly and can go to jail because of it....
