I honestly don't know how i feel about the death penalty.

I think some crimes are so heinous it calls for it but my reservation is what if we put an innocent person to death. We can't take that back. So, I'm for it in cases that call for it if there is irrefutable evidence to show the person is guilty.

Yeah same here i'd say.
I know life in prison sucks...but you're still alive. Some people don't deserve that
