I notice the pardon is for the dates January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024.
I'm not understanding why he just didn't mark it from Hunter's birth to the end of his presidency, issuing it on the last day. It's what I would of done, purely on the logic of denying republicans the possibility of finding earlier crimes the statue of limitations hasn't expired on yet.
