HIGHEST crime wave ever, thanks to his allowing MILLIONS of animals to crash our borders and head to the cities. And he'll be remembered for bringing the world (and the Middle East) closer to WORLD WAR THREE than any president in history.

That's his legacy. It's the reason why we need photo ID at every voting place.
