@Bel6EQUJ5 Of course she's wrong. Trump IS a threat to democracy. Are we all supposed to lie and pretend he's a normal candidate?
Though I do find it funny that she criticized people for comparing Trump to Hitler, considering Trump's own VP candidate did that too.

@Bel6EQUJ5 If the Fake Electors Plot or the Green Bay Sweep succeeded, we basically wouldn't have a democracy anymore. The only reason these things didn't succeeded is because Mike Pence was afraid of breaking the law.
Also, Republicans throughout America have used the Big Lie as justification for passing voter-restriction laws. Voters are supposed to pick the politicians. If politicians pick the voters, then we don't have democratic elections anymore. That's just show-elections like they have in China and Russia.
Trump also can't stop praising dictators, threatening journalists with violence, saying we should have "quick trials" like in China, talking about locking up his political opponents, talking about deporting people who support Palestine, and on and on.

Any one of these things would be really bad. But with Trump, it's a pattern. If he's not fascist, then Fascism doesn't exist.
