Trump has been asked to apologize for the comments made by Toby Hinchcliffe at MSG about Puerto Ricans. Instead, Trump claims he didn't hear them

Also, he said of Hinchcliffe
“I don’t know him; someone put him up there. I don’t know who he is.”

It gets better and better for Harris 😂

I thought that guy was a comedian. Maybe a bad one but still.

@pancakeslam He's certainly a bad one. He may well have lost Trump the Puerto-Rican vote 😂
MoveAlong · 70-79, M
@SW-User There are 450,000 Puerto Ricans in Pennsylvania. 90,000 in Philadelphia alone. Google is your friend.

@MoveAlong @SW-User Wow that sounds like a lot of people...however here is Pennsylvania's racial demographics...in a state of 12 million 80% of them are White. Where are these savior Puerto Ricans you are pinning your hopes on? Somewhere in the 2-8% range...even if ALL of them voted for Harris, I dont' think it makes much of an impact...

SW-User
@SumKindaMunster 2-8% (about 450,000) will be more than enough to sway the vote in Harris's favour (although she's already got the state sewn up). And let's not forget the millions of other Puerto-Ricans living in states such as Arizona :)

Biden beat trump in pa with less than one hundred thousand votes. Trump couldn't afford to lose any voters. @SumKindaMunster. So...he just pissed on millions around the country.
He's sooo smart.

@Carla Guess where I live Carla? Pennsylvania. You guys are huffing farts, this latest ginned up "controversy" isn't going to work like the zillion other unfair, bogus nonsense you constantly fling at Trump and his supporters.
Carla · 61-69, F
@SumKindaMunster we dont have long to wait and see.
I am realistic enough to know nothing is a sure thing.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Carla I totally agree Carla. Polls are a dead heat. But you are crazy if you think Harris has this state locked up...not by a long shot....
Carla · 61-69, F
@SumKindaMunster nope. Nothing is a lock.
Polls are a dead heat. Yeah...i believe in polls like, not at all. Just like rally crowds. They mean nothing.
How convenient for media outlets that the polls are even. Keeps the minions engaged.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Carla Thank you for this:
Yeah...i believe in polls like, not at all

Just completely in line with who you are...beliefs are flexible and change as long as it demonstrates your vast moral superiority over those you disagree with. Just perfect. 👌

@Carla It's not about what you said before. It's about how convenient your statements and opinions line up with the culture du jour...if Harris was beating Trump in the polls you would be all over that, stating the polls say she is going to win.

Obviously the polls are not saying that, so conveniently you don't believe in them.

It's like how your line of work always lines up with your point...one day you are a farmer, the next day your family has worked in construction your whole life...
pancakeslam · 41-45, M
@SumKindaMunster I have to say that I agree that we wouldn't fall apart without extra labor. @#$@ maybe I would start my own garden. That's what I should do anyways.

@Carla the Bracero program was set up to allow migrant workers to pursue work here starting in the 40's. That's program should be expanded to accommodate people who want to work. The current crop of immigrants are totally unvetted so that means we don't know what their intentions are and they want to become citizens. I mean they didn't exactly bother trying to immigrate through the legal channels so we don't know. In many cases some they are criminals as we've seen in terrible publicized examples. We can build a nuclear submarine fleet but we can't deport people from neighboring countries? I guess only because half the country wants to impose its will on us.
Carla · 61-69, F
@SumKindaMunster no. I said i had animals to tend. Never said i lived on a farm. I spoke of helping a farmer friend in the past. I may have spoken of my sister, who owns a horse farm.
I never said my family was in construction. I said i was. My whole life.
Family has other businesses. Varied.

And it is amazing how you are certain of what i might say in unknown circumstances.
Here's a clue...i don't trust polls. Regardless of what they show.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Carla That's not my recollection Carla. You told me you and your partner had a farm in the midwest... Wisconsin? You told me how uncomfortable you are going to the supermarket with your partner because of stares and muttered comments.

Any of that true?
Carla · 61-69, F
@SumKindaMunster stares and muttered comments, yes. A farm in the midwest no. I live in upper lower michigan. I do have some property that is mostly wooded. At the time, i had four critters. Cats and dogs. I do tend to them. One cat was 24, one with cancer. They needed tending. I cook all my animal food. More tending.
Now you know more than most here. Why i chose to explain myself to you, i don't know. Maybe because you are so wrong.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Carla Maybe because I actually listen, regardless of some of the missed details.
Carla · 61-69, F
@SumKindaMunster you use those missed details as weapons. They make for cheap shots.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Carla Right, cuz you're such a compassionate and friendly debator.

"You people this"
"You people that"

You generalize and stereotype while calling out others for the same.
