@mindless They do not, however they do have delegates that are allowed to voice opinions during commitee meetings and hearings.

@mindless DC is the federal US Capitol, it's the host city, it cannot be a state in and of itself. As for PR and Guam, as well as the other five territories, their voters keep turning down statehood.

@SW-User I seriously doubt it, I know numerous Puerto Ricans in northern Delaware, my late ex fiancee's two youngest half brothers had a Puerto Rican father. Puerto Ricans are very conservative and pro life, they highly value the traditional family, not one single one I personally know supports Kackler.
