For the sake of 'speed' Trumps wall will be built with tax payers money. Mexico will be asked to pay later.

Just imagine...what if we put all that wall-building money into immigration reform?

They won't pay for it. In fact, chances of Trump's Wall being built are exceedingly low. I'd expect to see "enhanced segments" and new extensions of the existing border. Trump's a pandering imbecile.
