What if Mexico refuses to pay for the wall once it's built?

For the sake of 'speed' Trumps wall will be built with tax payers money. Mexico will be asked to pay later.
What if Mexico refuses to pay later saying the wall isn't beautiful enough??

Good idea. Wall tax!! Except people will wire money through commercial entities to avoid it.

Personally i would wire it to a European country from where it can be wired elsewhere

@Dlrannie: exactly! And how do you identify whom to charge? You simply can't have a blanket tax for anyone transferring money to Mexico. It will be counter productive and will increase suspect transactions.
