Can someone explain to me what the Black Lives Matter organization is about and why some people are so upset about it?

@UnparalleledMonster: think about it. Why would they be upset about people being upset at an obvious racist act upon their part? They're racist. It's instilled into their brain. They relay it as normal because they were raised that way. They were raised to be racist and because they see it as normal they find no fault in what they do
