Trump's Arnold Palmer story is an example of behavior known as Dementia Disinhibition. It happens when a person's dementia begins eliminating their natural filters for inappropriate behavior. Trump's father Fred also had dementia; according to his doctor by 1991 Fred no longer knew his age or birth date.
