Meat Based Vegan Foods

Let's say you had to take care of a small child or senike elder adult who out of the blue insisted on a vegetarian diet, but were unfamiliar with vegetables (as would be the case if I was feeding them prior). Are there any recipes on disguising meat as vegetables? It is important to maintain their health, so they need to eat meat, red meat, white meat, dark meat.

All I can find is Arby's made a carrot out of Turkey once. There is a moral and ethical imperative to make sure they are eating right.

Very interesting topic indeed. If doctors have advised meat then eat meat. If not look for alternatives. It's important to look out for Nutrional Values (NV) to be the same. Porridge mixed with dried nuts or fruits is good. Question is, what kind of porridge?? In the UK it's Ready Brek. Simply because it the only top brand with exceptional amount of NI. Supermarket have their own versions like Asda Go which has equivalent NI.

Drinks you have Horlicks and Ovaltine. Proper meals, Chickpea mixed with dried nuts (NI equivalent to meat).
