More BS from the Kum crowd

More lies from Kum crowd. Gun violence is NOT the number one cause of death for children in America. They get that statement by including 18-19 your olds. Last time I checked 18 and 19 yo are adults..

No one voted against mandatory background checks, they are already mandatory when purchasing a firearm from a licensed dealer. They are NOT required in most states for private sales as they should NOT be.

The 2 nd amendment is just as vital today as it was the day it was ratified. The government has no authority to change or restrict it. It's purpose is to prevent the government from passing any laws , regulations or restrictions
keeping citizens from access to firearms.

You should all respect that when you vote . Our constitution doesn't guarantee that you can live without fear , but it does insure our access to firearms to protect ourselves our family , our property and our country from tyranny and hostile invaders.

Here is a link from the John Hopkins university that says guns are the number one cause of death for kids age 1-17...so your first point is wrong.

An amendment to a constitution can always be amended.... that's kind tge point....otherwise tge amendment is moot in the first place.

Lastly....constitution over dead kids? Really more important to you ?

12 children die from guns each day in the states...another 32 are injured....that means every 30 minutes a kid gets shot...a kid - im not even adding adults to tge mix here. A child gets shot every 30 minutes.
12 kids die every day.

Obviously the gun users need to be controlled right....because the gun is not the issue its the user ....your words!

2. You used ages 1-14...if your data is correct then that means the cause of death for 15-17 year olds jumps up massively

@BabyLonia Looking into it it seems alot of these claims are based on self reporting surveys. Further research into these surveys suggest that about 51% of those who responded actually committed a crime "defending themselves".

A hypothetical example would be shooting at your mailman because you thought they were a burglar.

@Patriot96 It is not a study. Or the CDC. Those numbers came from a completely unreliable self reported survey. 51% of which the respondents committed a gun crime in the incidents they reported.
