@GrannyWeatherwax Probably, but in his case he only gotta do the fake charges and convictions from the Kangaroo Courts already listed against him. Perfectly fair given they were all politically motivated. We are going to need a constitutional amendment someday stopping that as well as politically motivated kangaroo trials. The dems did the much greater evil in this case in turning the US into a banana republic by falsely prosecuting him, but as a US citizen he should have the right to government review of his legal cases for that very reason (it's why a president can give pardons and supervise the department of justice in the first place). I'm thinking letting the Head of the House of Representatives have this power for Presidents, Vice Presidents and Cabinet Members. But that would require a Constitutional Amendment.
