Please stop acting like this isn't a regular part of politics when it comes to disaster aid. It's nothing more than the routine of, "we don't have the money so we're going to have to borrow more." Just like we never have the funds to fight wars, but you bloodthirsty Nationalists don't complain when we have to borrow 10 times the amount to be involved in wars we have no business fighting. Of course it's not your children dying on the battle field, now is it?
