Would Steven Cheung be deported if they ended birthright citizenship?

Were his parents citizens when he was born? Should Cheung be shipped back to China?

Birthright is how we became the world's most powerful nation. Trump can try doing that, but then there would be the question of his Scottish born mother.

Or will Stephen Miller convene a Wannsee Conference to codify the rules?
