Is the Trump gunman a CIA asset?

Ryan Wesley Routh apparently traveled to Ukraine to “stand with” the country. Since the war began in 2022, he has been trying to recruit foreigners to fight in Ukraine. Ukraine is denying they ever fulfilled his request to join ILDU to fight with them. We do know that he participated in pro Ukraine rallies in Kiev.

He has a criminal background, making him known to authorities. This man was charged with possessing a weapon of mass destruction, a felony. Over the years, he has been charged with several misdemeanors.

Why is the Western media being so quiet about his association with Ukraine? Could he be a CIA asset?

He would have to a very incompetent CIA asset to be plastered across the world’s media as fighting in Ukraine and attempting to assassinate Trump.
@meJess I get what you are saying but history shows competence is not a requirement at the CIA.

Although I am doubtful there is any connection there, being incompetent doesn't really disqualify them either.

@meJess The media is how they influence you. It is another tool. Is he incompetent? It seems the only reason he was caught is because one Secret Service agent saw him and shot at him, making him flee.

Is the Ukraine support true? If so, did he fight there? They are saying no. Can they be believed?
