Also remember that a lot of people who'll vote for Trump won't admit it publicly, and so won't say it to the pollsters either. Trump's polling numbers could be *lower* than reality.

VP debates don't bring much of a bump. Few people leaning Trump aren't going to ditch him because they learn how radical Vance is.

On the other hand, maybe it will energize Harris supporters to GOTV.
