The current US government, as an unprincipled hypocrite, disrespectful of international laws

forms relations with war criminals and empowers autocrats abroad. Protects them and ensures they continue commitimg crimes. Therefore, has no standing to hold Russia, China, or the countries allied with them accountable for anything. Nor talk from a moral position ever.
