It's being discussed that he was on some kind of stimulent during the debate and that explains his going coocoo for coaco puffs. Most likely a soviet era military ecstacy provided by former kgb. The treatment could not overcome his lack of preparation and inability to do extemporaneous speaking. He only speaks from a rehearsed script.
