Is there any political tactic that is easier than duping/manipulating black Americans?

Democrats have done it with impunity for generations - and they raise it to a new level with each election now. In the last election, they eliminated all of their no-called "people of color" to choose an old white man who has repeated gaffed since the 80s on his low opinion of them. From the "clean and articulate" reference to Obama to "just a smart as white kids" to "put y'all back in chains" to "you aint black", he has gaffed (and shit) on blacks time and again just to get their irrational loyalty - it is like he is some drunken plantation owner who tells his darkies how lucky they are to be taken care of on the plantation.
