Rimmer is on trial, having been convicted of killing many people due to a mass radiation leak. Crighton (Kwasi Kwarteng?) 'defends' him by arguing that Rimmer is too stupid and incompetent to be responsible for any of his actions. "A vending machine repair man with a Napoleon complex."

The defense works but Rimmer interjects because he thinks he still knows best.
