Kamala wants the rules changed that was previously agreed upon for the upcoming debate. Apparently she wants the following.

2. A sit down debate
3. Written notes

This tells me Cackling Kamala Harris is scared to debate Trump. Under the previous agreed to Rules. And that her team realizes Kamala is to stupid for a debate therefore she needs written notes.
