GrinNude That is quite easy and will become clear.
The trial of DT this summer was incredibly illegal and was nothing but a kangaroo court worthy of the kkk of old.
There was nothing resembling law and order about a trial like that. It is not lawful for a state Attorney General to run her campaign on “getting” somebody, or anybody. Our legal system is based on fair trials where defendants are tried because they committed a crime, and not because the prosecution wants to “get” the defendant and searches for a crime to “get” him with. The American legal system is based on trials whose prosecution is made up of impartial people, not people trying to “get” the defendant. Attorney General’s and DA’s and judges are supposed to be impartial in their pursuit of redressing committed crimes, but not vigilantes seeking the destruction of people they don’t like. The American system of justice is also based impartial juries listening to all of the evidence, not just prosecution evidence.
This is a brief recounting of the trial based on wire service reporting. I hope the Democratic Party has not again abandoned the principles of fairness that they abandoned during the era of Jim Crow.
The party of law and order and justice has not changed its stance. We continue our support of real and impartial justice. Not “justice” based on “getting” someone we don’t like.
My dislike of a person does not mean I am justified in persecuting the person I do not like.
There is no one that deserves persecution because I, or anyone, doesn’t like them. Real justice is based fairness. Real law and order is based on the truth and not a pursuit of your so called enemies by perverting the very system that guards you freedom.
You should know this.
