The real problem with Fascists.

Fascism is inefficient economically. It just doesnt promote doing the maximum amount of good with the available revenue. I should be open and state thats my main objection. If it worked, I would back it..
But the real problem with Fascism is everyone else..Fascists know for a fact that if you arent one of them, you dont really matter. You can be used, manipulated and discarded when they have no more use for you. That is at the heart of the definition of a Fascist. Those inside the circle make a profit from those outside. They milk the cows and shear the sheep. Its easy to call trump a fascist, as it is with many MAGA Republicans. But most are just selfish, greedy or in Trumps case a stupid narcissist who happened to be born rich.. But the true Fascists are in the shadows behind Trump and working him like a puppet. Steven Miller and John McEntee are prime White House former staffers, while "Ginni" Thomas has her hand firmly on the Supreme Courts scrotum as well as trying to manipulate elections..
There are many more. And they have one thing in common. They know thay are right and they are perfectly happy to have you "dealt with" if you dont support them..
And they wont be discouraged by a setback. They will keep coming and coming until people "deal with " them.. There is the law. There is Justice. and in these cases, there is self preservation..
Go say "Hi" to a fascist near you..Project 2025 is going to keep coming..😷

I disagree.

Fascism isn't necessarily tied to an economic philosophy, like other political ideologies are.

German Nazis embraced Keynesianism and they were heavily interventionist in the economy.. They were not inefficient either. In fact, they performed administrative a bureaucratic miracles to keep the army supplied with just enough resources. From a military and economic perspective, Germany punched above it's weight in WW2.

Where you do have a point is in the short-termism. The ultra-nativism was coupled with a desire for aggressive military expansionism. That led to it's downfall.

Project 2025 is authoritarian and it's also capitalist. There is almost no trace of Keynesianism anywhere in the movement. They are relative isolationists in foreign policy.

A much better comparison is Viktor Orban's Hungary. That is bad enough.
