@RepublicanDad Fox has been convicted of lying about the 2020 election and Dominion's role in it. They currently have a $787 million judgment they will have to pay. Another lawsuit is pending with the voting machine company Smartmatic which may well result in an even larger judgment. Fox has also admitted under oath that their show hosts like Tucker Carlson and Shawn Hannity are not newscasters, that they are there purely for entertainment, and their statements should not be believed.

There were texts from tucker calling fox viewers morons. Texts hating on trump.
Fox was so worried about losing that case in court, they settled for nearly one billion.

@RepublicanDad Those are actual judgments in a court case in a court of law, tried before a jury. Trump can sue whoever or whatever he wants to. Until he actually wins, his lawsuit is meaningless.
